A dance party to support the fine Democratic candidates of John Hughes and Stacy Lipari for Rosendale Town Board, and Charlie Kniceley for Rosendale Town Justice.
John Hughes is a carpenter, contractor, and a professional musician. He is also the longtime host of Singer-Songwriter Tuesdays at the Rosendale Cafe. John says: “They say you should meet people halfway. I say, you’ve got to meet people more than halfway. You’ve got to let people know that you’re actively pulling for them.”
Vote for Stacy
Stacy Lipari is the co-founder and coordinator of the Rosendale Creative Co-Op, and a director of the Rosendale Farmer’s Market. Stacy says “Rosendale’s history and traditions are our great resources. If we bring together the energy of youth and the wisdom of our older citizens, we can work together, respectfully, to keep our town healthy, happy, and affordable for all of us.”
Charlie Kniceley is a lifelong professional musician and a pillar of the Rosendale community. He was chair of the Rosendale Street Fest organizing committee for over 10 years, and has contributed his energy to literally hundreds of community fundraisers. Charlie says: “I believe everybody should be treated with fairness and respect. The Town Justice should seek to correct problems in a way that provides the best outcome for everybody involved, and contributes to the overall well-being of our community. We are all neighbors, after all.”
