Dance, Dance, Dance with DJ Michael Wilcock in order to elect Jen Metzger as Rosendale Town Supervisor, keep Richard “F-Stop” Minissali on the Town Council, and freshly elect Alex Ferguson to the Town Council.
Michael Wilcock, a DJ of Dave Leonard’s JTD Productions, will be spinning a mix of funk, soul, top 40 and classics to get all the different bodies grooving. Also a musician and musicologist, Michael steers his DJ sets through a dancing journey with plenty of soul and fun surprises!
You’ll also get to meet the folks who’ve been pitching for the Town of Rosendale. F-Stop has been a Councilmember for the past four years; and Jen has been Chair of the Town Environmental Commission for four years, and Deputy Supervisor since December 2010. Alex is a member of the Rosendale Climate Change Task Force. We need their leadership and insight to help provide direction in this critical time. Voter registration forms will be available.
Light bar fare will be served from our kitchen until 11:00pm, with a cash bar open all night.
This event had originally been scheduled for September 2nd, but was postponed due to the effects of hurricane Irene.
