The longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice, is upon us. What better time for some traditional Northern music, which revels in the gloom?
Join Sarah Underhill on vocals, Ian Worpole, and Jon Garelick on strings and vocals. They’ll be performing traditional and contemporary Irish, English, and American ballads and tunes. They’ll also be taking requests, and encouraging the whole Cafe to join in some rousing choruses to bring on that Celtic ray.
With special guests fiddler Andrea McFarland and Jonathan Pazer, bohdran and flute.
So, come on out for great music, company, veggie food, and a large selection of draft beers and wines.
